G+1 Villa Clay Roof Tile Rectification & Painting (Jumeira Islands)
This project involved specialized rectification and painting work for the clay roof tiles of a G+1 villa located within the exclusive Jumeira Islands, specifically Cluster 18 Villa 15, in Dubai, UAE.
BCI Fitout Contracting LLC served as the contractor responsible for the comprehensive execution of this project. The core scope of work focused on both enhancing the structural integrity and revitalizing the aesthetic appeal of the existing clay roof. This commenced with a meticulous rectification process, addressing any damaged, loose, or misaligned roof tiles to ensure optimal waterproofing and structural soundness. Following these crucial repairs, the project proceeded with a detailed roof tiles painting application. This phase involved thorough surface preparation and the subsequent application of a high-quality, durable paint, specifically formulated for roofing materials. This process not only dramatically improved the roof's visual presentation but also provided an essential protective layer against the challenging environmental conditions prevalent in the region. The successful completion of this project ensured the roof was restored to a superior functional and aesthetic state, upholding the high standards of the Jumeira Islands community.
