This prestigious project involved the comprehensive restoration and maintenance of a luxury G+1 villa located on Frond L, Villa 128, within the world-renowned Palm Jumeirah community in Dubai, UAE.

GRC Rectification (Glass Reinforced Concrete): The primary focus of this project was the expert GRC rectification across the villa’s façade. Our team carried out detailed inspections and executed precise repairs to address cracks, chips, and weather-related deterioration in the GRC panels. The process not only restored the structural stability of these architectural elements but also revitalized their elegant appearance, preserving the villa’s premium aesthetic.

Clay Roof Tile Restoration: Damaged and misaligned clay roof tiles were carefully repaired or replaced to maintain both structural strength and visual harmony. This ensured the villa retained its classic Mediterranean-inspired charm.

Advanced Roof Waterproofing: To protect the property against Dubai’s challenging climate, a high-performance waterproofing system was installed. Using durable membranes and proven techniques, we created a long-lasting barrier that prevents water penetration, safeguarding the interiors and prolonging the lifespan of the roof.
