Clay Roof Tile Specialist Palm Jumeirah

This project showcased expert rectification work on the clay roof tile system of a G+1 villa situated at Frond D, Villa 24 in the prestigious Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

BCI Fitout Contracting LLC was appointed as the contractor to deliver this specialized roofing solution with precision and care. The primary scope centered on restoring the existing clay roof tiles, beginning with a detailed inspection to locate any broken, misaligned, loose, or weather-worn pieces. Each issue was carefully addressed through targeted repairs and selective replacement of tiles, ensuring the roof’s long-term durability and resistance to harsh environmental conditions.
