GRC & Clay Roof Tile Rectification Palm Jumeirah

This extensive project involved multi-faceted restoration and maintenance services for a luxurious G+1 villa, located on Frond D, Villa 83, within the iconic Palm Jumeirah development in Dubai, UAE.

BCI Fitout Contracting LLC was entrusted as the contractor responsible for the meticulous execution of this project, addressing several key areas of the villa’s exterior. The core scope of work encompassed three critical components:

Clay Roof Tiles Rectification: This phase involved a thorough inspection and precise repair or replacement of any damaged, loose, or misaligned clay roof tiles to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic consistency.

Roof Waterproofing: A crucial aspect was the implementation of a robust waterproofing system. This involved the application of high-performance membranes and techniques to create an impenetrable barrier against water ingress, safeguarding the villa’s interior from moisture damage and enhancing its long-term durability.

GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) Rectification: This specialized work focused on the repair and restoration of GRC elements on the villa’s facade. This included addressing cracks, chips, or deterioration in the GRC panels, ensuring both the structural soundness and the pristine visual appeal of these architectural features.

The successful completion of this project ensured the villa’s roof and key exterior elements were restored to a superior functional and aesthetic state, providing lasting protection and upholding the high standards of the Palm Jumeirah community.

BCI Fitout Contracting LLC was appointed as the contractor responsible for the meticulous execution of this project. The core scope of work encompassed two key aesthetic and functional upgrades:

Supply and Installation of GRC Corniche: This involved sourcing and expertly installing pre-fabricated GRC cornices. These architectural decorative elements significantly enhance the villa’s exterior facade, providing intricate detailing and a classic finish while being durable and weather-resistant. WPC Cladding Installation: The project also included the supply and installation of Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) cladding. WPC cladding offers a contemporary and low-maintenance alternative to traditional wood, providing excellent thermal insulation, weather resistance, and a visually appealing natural wood look without the associated upkeep.

The successful completion of this project significantly enhanced the villa’s exterior aesthetics and durability, contributing to its luxurious appeal and long-term value within the Palm Jumeirah community.
