
G+1 Villa Clay Roof Tile Rectification & Painting (Jumeira Islands - Mansion 6)
This project encompassed specialized rectification and painting services for the clay roof tiles of a luxurious G+1 villa, specifically Mansion 6, situated within the esteemed Jumeira Islands development in Dubai, UAE.
BCI Fitout Contracting LLC was appointed as the contractor, responsible for the meticulous execution of this roofing restoration initiative. The core objective of the project was to enhance both the structural integrity and the aesthetic appeal of the existing clay roof. The scope of work commenced with a thorough rectification process, addressing any damaged, loose, or misaligned roof tiles to ensure optimal waterproofing and long-term durability. Following these crucial repairs, the project advanced to a detailed roof tiles painting application. This phase involved comprehensive surface preparation and the subsequent application of a high-quality, durable paint, specifically formulated for roofing materials.
